The RS 100 is a large - size, long - run ravioli-making machine for industrial production of ravioli or sheets of different dimensions and forms just by changing over the mould.
Supplying the machine with filling is a continuous operation and easy to adjust, as is the thickness of the dough.
Filling proportioning is precise and constant for each ravioli, thus enabling the edges to be perfectly sealed.
Feeding the machine with the sheeted pasta can be automatic, by coupling the RS 100 ravioli making machine to a LA MONFERRINA P 20 or P 30 press, or by combining the RS 100 ravioli making machine to the automatic Cylinder PIDUE or with an ordinary roll of pasta dough placed on the machine.
