Automatic dough
sheeting machine with single mixing vat for the production
of pasta sheet mm 170 wide and mm 2,5 thick (Optional double
mixing vat).
The machine can have a cutting unit to obtain pasta sheet
cut to measure, and thanks to an additional cutting system
tagliolini, tagliatelle e pappardelle ( mm. 2-6-12).
Special cuts are available upon request.
